Panama - Cuna Indian, old historical national flag
[09/20/2003] Around the end of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century the Cuna-Indianer revolute and grounded the Republic of Tule or the Republic of Men (Tule means in there language "Men" and is the name, that they used for themselves). The swastika is an old symbol of the culture of the Cuna (Tule) Indians.

At that time they used the Flag below (according to Dave Martucci and Antonio Martins, 4 April 2000)

They made this flag, by adding a red ring in the middle hanging on the arms of the swastika:
Comment from Whitney Smith: Because of the appearance of the Nazi reign, they added this Nose-ring. They change was done by the Cuna-Indians, because everyone knows that Germans don’t wear "Nose-Rings".
Cuna-Indians include this Flag too, as belong to there Flags, because this flag was used during the declaration of independence from Panama at the end of the 19th or beginning of the 20th century. (According to Panama Proclamation in February 1925 Jose Ramos)
