Taiwan - Swastika in the boundaries of the gates
[09/20/2003] Swastikas are used here in walls and gates surrounding a garden for a buddha statue as decoration and as a sign of buddha. According to the legends, one or more swastikas will show on the chest of every buddha, god or great enlighment person, depending on his cultivation or enlighment level.
This sign is a cosmic religious sign and never and by no means a political symbol.
