USA - Apache Indians[08/16/2004] Like many other indian tribes in America, the Apache have been using
the swastika symbol as an ornament for many centuries on pelages and
jewellery. There Medicinmans also used the swastika for various
reasons, like future-telling but also for healingceremonies. Just like
the Navajos or Hopis the swastika stands for the four heavenly
directions.
